Citizens Church is an elder-led church. Our elders provide spiritual oversight, doctrinal protection, prayer, and shepherding for the church. They carry the responsibility of guarding the health, vision, and direction of the congregation.

Alongside our elders, we have a Strategic Leadership Team made up of our elders, pastors, and key ministry leaders. This team helps discern and implement the strategic and spiritual direction of Citizens Church.

Supporting that team is our Finance and Operations Committee, which provides oversight of our finances, budgeting, major hiring decisions, and operational strategy. We are committed to handling the resources God has entrusted to us with integrity, transparency, and multiple layers of accountability. No single person has independent control over the church's finances.

Our paid staff and volunteer ministry leaders faithfully carry out the day-to-day ministry of the church. Together, every part of the body plays a vital role as we seek to glorify Jesus, make disciples, and see His Kingdom fill the earth.

Finally, our deacons are our community leaders who help care for the practical needs of the church, support the ministry of our leadership, and ensure the church is equipped to faithfully serve both the congregation and our city.
